Role & Responsibilities:

Since Dee started her career with Creasey Construction in 2007, she has become dynamically involved in all areas of our company. From customer relations and business operations, to payroll and fiscal maintenance; Dee does it all. As Creasey’s initial point of contact, her role is critical in achieving our goal to provide customers with the best home construction experience in the Springfield, Illinois market. Whether she is providing customer support, answering questions, placing orders, or responding to a variety of requests; Dee’s smile is wide, and she is quick to take action to help others get what they need --right when they need it.

Role & Client Care Services:

• Has comprehensive knowledge of the residential remodeling and new home construction industry
• Serves as a trusted source for support related to homeowner inquiries and requests
• Serves as an essential member of the operations team as well as the firm at large
• Maintains a high-level of customer relations skills
• Preserves the confidentiality of homeowner records
• Ensures proper documentation of project records
• Organizes files and handles incoming and outgoing communication
• Works directly with staff to support the management of their client’s projects
• Issues subcontractor’s contracts
• Works to ensure that homeowner needs and requests are met
• Handles urgent matters immediately
• Administers all aspects of insurance claims
  • (Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Automobile, Property, and more.)
• Refers clients to the right person or department for challenge resolution
• Handles and submits payroll
• Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manages fiscal maintenance and operations
• Offers service with a personal touch in an effort to create a positive customer experience

Why Home Building & Remodeling:

Dee and her husband have enjoyed remodeling their home over the years. With the knowledge and experience she gained through the planning and completing many projects --large and small; Dee felt inspired to pursue a career working in residential remodeling and construction.
